PRIVATE BEACHThe characteristic that makes unique Villa Dream House is its private beach large about 54 sqm with sunbeds, shower, lighting. The beach is fenced and accessible only by the villa, the beach is 180 steps away from the villa. The water of the sea below is always crystal-clear and clean. The beach is rocky and only accessible by boat or to those with a property on the coast, as in our case. Since there are only 2 other villas in the vicinity, complete peace and bathing privacy are guaranteed
